Poggio al Tesoro sits just 3km from the Mediterranean Sea, where sunlight and sea breezes combine to create ideal conditions for ripening. The blend of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Petit Verdot (10%) grows on Tuscany’s finest gravel and clay soils, giving remarkable purity and richness to the fruit. Owned by the renowned Allegrini family, this award-winning Bolgheri red is aged for 12 months in French oak to enhance its texture and depth. Paixon Mencia is bright, juicy and effortlessly drinkable, with notes of red cherry, raspberry and a light floral lift. The palate is fresh and supple, with soft tannins and a lively, crunchy finish that keeps things flowing. If you enjoy the freshness and fruit forward charm of Beaujolais, this is very much in that happy place.

Paixon comes from Monterrei in north west Spain, a lesser known region known for producing fresh, elegant styles shaped by Atlantic influence. Mencia thrives here, delivering wines with fragrance, balance and natural drinkability rather than weight. The vineyards sit at altitude, helping retain acidity and clarity in the fruit. This is a modern expression of Spanish red wine that leans into freshness, making it incredibly food friendly and easy to love.

Casino Nitti Aglianico is velvety and refined, with layers of dark cherry, blackberry and subtle spice. The palate is smooth yet structured, showing polished tannins and a savoury edge that brings balance and poise. It is a confident, elegant red with depth and a long, composed finish.

Casino Nitti is based in Campania in southern Italy, working with native varieties that thrive in the region’s warm climate and volcanic soils. Aglianico is one of southern Italy’s most respected grapes, known for producing wines with structure and longevity. We were on the hunt for a truly outstanding Shiraz for our range, and after plenty of tasting, this was the clear winner. It is one of the most highly awarded Australian Shiraz wines we've come across, and we absolutely love it. Rich, intense and luxurious, it bursts with blackberry, ripe plum, dark chocolate and cracked black pepper, wrapped in a velvety texture with layers of spice. The remarkable thing about this Barossa Shiraz is how it continues to evolve, becoming even more complex and expressive the longer it sits in your glass.
