Description
As seen on Ireland AM, Muireann's Wine!
Bright, expressive and full of character, Sossego Alentejo White is a gorgeous Portuguese white wine with ripe citrus, white peach and a gentle tropical lift. There is a lovely softness through the mid palate, balanced by fresh acidity that keeps it vibrant and food friendly. If you enjoy Albarino or Sauvignon Blanc, you will love the combination of aromatic intensity and clean, dry finish in this beautifully balanced white.
Alentejo is one of Portugal’s most exciting wine regions, known for sunshine, generous fruit and exceptional value for money. While the region is often associated with bold reds, its white wines are increasingly recognised for their freshness and purity of flavour. Cooling night temperatures help preserve acidity, giving wines like Sossego lift and precision despite the warm climate. This is modern Portuguese winemaking at its best, delivering flavour, balance and regional personality in every glass.
