Rare Aligoté | Cult White Burgundy
This beautifully fresh and focused Aligote is a standout example of Burgundy’s underrated white grape. Crisp green apple, lemon peel, and wet stone minerality lead into a bright, linear palate with serious tension and texture. A superb aperitif or match for oysters, goat’s cheese, and light summer dishes.
