Rare Aligoté | Collector’s White
Made from the Aligoté grape in Bouzeron, Burgundy’s only appellation dedicated to this variety, this wine is a vibrant, mineral-driven white with citrus zest, white flowers, and a saline finish. It has the freshness of Chablis with a textured, elegant palate that’s perfect with seafood or soft cheeses.
