If you love a really vibrant Albariño, this Tohu Whenua Matua is one to try, super unique and refreshing. Layers of citrus peel and juicy stonefruit meet a hint of beeswax, with a lively palate that's bright with acidity and minerality, carrying through to a long, lingering finish. It's a single vineyard wine from a tiny 1.4 hectare block, hand harvested and bottled early to keep its freshness while allowing it to develop real complexity in the bottle. A wonderfully aromatic, characterful white for anyone who loves Albariño with a bit more depth.

Tohu comes from Upper Moutere in Nelson, New Zealand, grown on ancient alluvial clay soils threaded with weathered gravels. The name means "sign" or "landmark" in Māori, and reflects the winery's philosophy as tangata whenua, people of the land, deeply connected to protecting and nurturing the vineyards they farm. This particular block was planted in 2011 and benefited from a near perfect growing season, even flowering, a dry summer with cool nights, and a harvest picked at exactly the right moment. With only 4,280 bottles produced, it's a genuinely rare expression of New Zealand Albariño, and a lovely one to seek out.

La Combe de la Lune Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a bright, beautifully textured Southern Rhone white, packed with lemon, citrus, white melon and a little peach, with fresh floral notes and a lovely fennel twist on the finish. There is plenty of freshness and zippy acidity, but also a gorgeous roundness from fermentation and ageing in large French oak demi-muids. A really smart, refreshing Cotes du Rhone Blanc that works brilliantly as an aperitif, but has enough weight and texture for the dinner table.

La Combe de la Lune is produced by Atelier des Sources, the micro-negociant project from the team behind Domaine Les Deux Cols, including Irish winemaker Simon Tyrrell. They work closely with growers across the Rhone Valley and Languedoc, sourcing high-quality fruit from vineyards they know and trust, with the Atelier team carrying out the harvest themselves. This certified organic white is a classic Rhone blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and Bourboulenc, with the grapes hand harvested and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation and ageing take place in 600-litre French oak demi-muids, bringing texture and complexity while keeping the citrus fruit and freshness beautifully intact.

We were on the hunt for a truly outstanding Shiraz for our range, and after plenty of tasting, this was the clear winner. It is one of the most highly awarded Australian Shiraz wines we've come across, and we absolutely love it. Rich, intense and luxurious, it bursts with blackberry, ripe plum, dark chocolate and cracked black pepper, wrapped in a velvety texture with layers of spice. The remarkable thing about this Barossa Shiraz is how it continues to evolve, becoming even more complex and expressive the longer it sits in your glass.

Ripe, round and packed with character, Jardin de Corbieres is a beautifully balanced southern French red blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. Layers of blackberry, plum and black cherry are joined by warming spice, cracked black pepper and a savoury edge, while chewy tannins give the wine wonderful structure and an impressively long finish. This is a generous, full-bodied Corbieres red with huge length of flavour that will appeal to anyone who enjoys rich, spicy red wines from the Languedoc.

Jardin de Corbieres is produced at Chateau Serame, part of Exea and the project that Jancis Robinson has described as "the most exciting project in the Languedoc." The estate combines exceptional vineyards with an ambitious biodiversity and reforestation programme, operating with a zero carbon footprint while protecting native wildlife and restoring the surrounding landscape. The Mediterranean climate and limestone and clay soils produce concentrated, expressive fruit, making this one of the most exciting red wines to emerge from Corbieres today.
