About The Roisin Curley Beaune 1er Cru Collection
Three wines, one domaine, one remarkable winemaker. This collection brings together three of Beaune's most distinctive Premier Cru parcels, each shaped by its own soils, slope position and character, all guided by the meticulous hand of Roisin Curley.
Roisin Curley is an Irish-born winemaker based in Burgundy, producing small-volume, terroir-driven wines from some of the region's most respected appellations. Working primarily with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, she focuses on precision, site expression and restrained oak, allowing each vineyard to speak clearly. Her wines are defined by purity of fruit, fine tannins and classic Burgundian structure. For collectors and Burgundy lovers seeking elegant, age-worthy wines with a modern, meticulous touch, she has quickly become one of the most exciting boutique producers to watch.
Blanches Fleurs opens the journey with pure elegance. Bright red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal lift from the glass, carried on a silky, almost weightless texture with beautifully fine tannins. Sitting high on the slope above Beaune, cooler soils and elevated exposition give this wine its signature finesse, aromatic purity and graceful, poised finish. Burgundy at its most charming.
Toussaints brings greater depth and quiet confidence. Ripe raspberry and red plum are layered with subtle spice and a gentle savoury edge, framed by a firmer backbone and a long, grounded finish. Mid-slope with balanced exposition and slightly richer soils, this cru marries fruit generosity with classic Burgundian tension. A beautifully composed wine with real ageing potential.
Teuron is the boldest of the three. Dark cherry, blackberry and crushed violets lead, underpinned by firmer tannins and a concentrated, almost earthy core. Stonier, limestone-rich soils naturally lend grip and density, and Roisin Curley respects that character rather than softening it. Serious, layered and built for the cellar, this is Beaune with structure, depth and quiet power.
Three terroirs. Three expressions. One extraordinary trio.
