Description
An outstanding wine, that has real wow factor.
La Sergue is a unique wine, combining the three best terroirs and micro-climates of Lalande de Pomerol. This blend of Merlot (80-85%), Cabernet Franc (8-12%), and Malbec (3-5%) captures the essence of each vintage.
Vinified in oak vats and aged in barrels for 14 to 16 months, La Sergue is known for its dense colour and silky, oily mouthfeel. It features attractive ripe dark berries, with a wealth of flesh and ripe tannins. The palate is juicy, finishing with a plush yet focused style. Aging in the bottle enhances its natural complexity, making it an essential reference of the appellation.
